Property was well located. Equipment was in working condition, staff was very polite and helpful. Would defiantly stay in a Baymont property again

Property was is good repair. The sleeper sofa hadn't been opened or checked in a long time and the pillow cases were covered with lint and had to be changed. Breakfast is a bit meager. Housekeeping is only done after 5 days but they did it for us after 3 when requested.

Property was great and concierge Amber was super in her accommodating our requests. Even when extending the stay, the staff was superb in their finding ways to satisfy my needs.

We reserved the double queen ADA room at least 6 weeks prior to our stay. When we checked in, it was not available, and in fact we were told they didn't even have a double queen ADA room, even though it is also listed on their website. They offered us a regular double queen, and as the hotel was sold out, we had no choice but to accept it. Had we not been there for a wedding, we would have gone elsewhere. And finally, because I booked through Travelocity, they would not honor loyalty credit. Extremely disappointing, Wyndham!
