Staff was very argumentative when I pointed out that they are asking me to pay for the stay even though it showed that Expedia already charged me. Hotel area is very far from central Rome and in an isolated location with nothing but residential buildings around.

Nice hotel not far from city centre. We used the taxi service of 10 euros to go into city. The hotel is not far from the Travestere area which is really lively and has lots of places to eat and drink. It was great to have a pool to cool down and relax after a day of sightseeing.

A big thumbs-up from this English-speaking guest
If you are an American tourist who doesn't speak fluent Italian, this is the hotel for you. All of the staff spoke very good English. The hotel is on the periphery of the city, so walking to the historic attractions is not a given, but the hotel will get a taxi to pick you up within five minutes of requesting one. The on-site restaurant has a varied menu, but staffing seemed to be a bit of an afterthought. There is a major road three blocks to the west if you want to catch a bus, but the shopping on that road is more for residents than tourists. Restaurant options are abundant, especially if you don't want to eat dinner until 7:00 or later. The rooftop pool is another plus.

Reception were fantastic - really helpful and accommodated an early check in. Pool area is very small and very well used to literally no space to sit when we arrived. Bar on rooftop was a great addition and exceptionally helpful staff serving drinks etc. Hotel is located in a built up area of Rome and wasn't very aesthetically pleasing when walking around. Taxi to airport not cheap for a family of 5 at c€80 (Ciampino)

This property was full of great amenities like a rooftop pool, a good restaurant/bar and friendly staff. The location is a bit far from the major attractions and public transit. This also made the area less crowded though. Nice place to stay if you don’t mind walking or using a taxi.
