Just perfect
What a nice house, and it was immaculate. We had the nicest weekend, catching up with family and celebrating a birthday. The house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots and pans and utensils. The beds were comfortable. The living room was spacious, with plenty of seating. It looks like the house has been recently remodeled. I loved the floors. The house was in a great location, with good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We really enjoyed our quick weekend qetaway. Thank you!

Wonderful house
We loved this house! We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality amenities and the bathrooms are stocked with plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We loved the deck for hanging out and even used the grill for dinner one evening. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating along with blankets, games, etc... The location to town is walking distance for anyone that is fairly active. We walked it several times without any issues. The only thing that was a bit of a struggle for us was the limited number of mirrors in the house. The bedrooms don't have mirrors so it is just the mirrors in the bathrooms (and one in the kitchen buffet area). Just pack a travel mirror for your group if needed. Overall, we were VERY pleased with the house, the amenities, and the location.

Fantastic House and Location!
This house and it's amazing deck and sizable yard is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bemus! My local family (why we were there visiting) came over for a drink on the deck and were all very impressed with the house and loved the location. The front porch and deck were beautifully setup and comfortable + the house had great amenities- everything we needed! We walked to and from the coffee shops / restaurants / playground multiple times a day to get steps in (plus it is so close you would feel guilty bothering to drive and park). The kids enjoyed the yard- I felt a little guilty with the houses being a bit close during tantrums but that's life with a 4 and 2 year old. Overall a fantastic spot- I highly recommend!! The only downside was a mixup in payment with Evolve, the mgmt company, it was easily settled, I just felt guilty bothering the nice owner since it took awhile for Evolve to connect with me directly. It certainly wouldn't stop me from recommending this highly to anyone visiting Bemus- or stop us from trying to book it again next time we come to town! :)
