The rooms were beautiful with the rich wood accents. However, the bed was absolutely terrible. The staff were also not very helpful. I had to ask 3 times for a late check out and to make a dinner reservation. I never received any sort of receipt at check out. There was also no housekeeping provided for our whole stay.

The room was really nice, and we loved the washer and dryer. The hotel staff was very rude and non helpful. Some young millennials that really don’t care about helping. This hotel has ZERO amenities. The hotel shuttle can’t be used. For the price, expected a lot more. Brought us breakfast every morning, due to Covid, and that was nice. We couldn’t get into the restaurant or use the bar? It was always busy with RESERVATIONS. They were doing construction next door, woke us up at 630am every morning. The AC in the room wouldn’t go below 68 degrees, and it honestly felt a lot warmer than that. Didn’t sleep with any covers on, and for $300 a night, that’s really unacceptable! We also asked about the shuttle to the airport, the millennials said they don’t do that, but would get us a taxi for $48, and the going rate for all taxis is $40??? Super disappointed and will stay somewhere else next time we return to Jackson Hole.
