Good value for price… overall the cleanliness was good & it was comfortable. Definitely needs some upgrades/maintenance/cosmetic improvements & breakfast needs to be switched up during the week bc ya get tired eating same over & over everyday (egg & sausage). However for the price it was worth it.

Very disappointed! Walking in the hotel it looks to be in decent condition, but the rooms are filthy. Carpets are covered in stains and grime, mold in the shower, the heat stank horribly, stain on comforter, fridge smelled and made an annoying buzzing sound, walls are literally peeling apart, dresser drawers were falling apart. The bed skirt was all stained and had crusty white residue dripping down it! Absolutely disgusting.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Pool was out of order, but arrangements were made to access a partner hotel pool. A foul odor would emanate from the bathroom sink drain if left open.
