The hotel was very dirty. Had a horrible odor In the room, no lock on the door so it made it unsafe …. very inconvenient because the room I originally booked is permanently closed and they sent me to this one. They’ve overcharged my card $600 left me traveling with no money. The staff was not helpful at all

Only issue we had was when booking it stated it was a non smoking hotel. The room we were in was a smoking room and we were not told that when booked. The hotel was completely booked for the night and we couldn’t move to another room so our stuff smells like cigarettes.

Consistently clean & comfy

I think this placed used to be a Microtel - so the rooms are small - but it works for one person. I have stayed here many times. It's always clean.
