Nice hotel, excellent customer service.

Pros: Customer service, all inclusive package, and cleaniness.
Cons: Provide more information about services included in package at time of check in, or provided a welcome packet.
Location: Hotel is in Ixtapa, which is 10 min drive from Zhijuantijo, we took a taxi which was realitively cheap, there are several beaches around you can visit
The hotel staff is great, they clean rooms twice a day. One of the only issues I had that when you check in they don't have any welcome information and that informs you of activities available or show times, you have to find out on your own. We learned all inclusive package provides free kayak/ snorkel tour, sailing, bike tour etc. The hotel provides free daycare and a lot of family friendly programs. Facility very clean and food was ok, drinks were good. We went as a girls trip but hotel is more tailored for families. overall good experience. Beach wasn't what we expected but overall nice and calm enough to swiw in.
