The hotel had the nicest staff. Very helpful. We have booked and paid for an upgraded room with a balcony. The room was not an upgraded room and it did not have a balcony. We had a view of a white wall. The sink was completely clogged and it would fill up very quickly when washing up. The toilet would leak from the base of it, so the whole floor would be wet at all times. The door was no very sound proof. You can hear the kids from other rooms run up and down the hallways all night. We had a hard time going to sleep. I think in the future we would just rather stay somewhere else. But again.. the staff was very nice.
