Not family friendly

This was the worst hotel stay my family and I have ever had. There were weddings both nights we stayed and the hotel allowed the guests to run through the halls yelling, fighting in the open style lobby, and using inappropriate language throughout the hotel until 4:00 am. It was worse than a spring break hotel. After the first night we informed the hotel staff of the noise and behavior that took place, along with other guests that were complaining, we were reassured that would not happen again- it was just as bad the next night. Our weekend in Chicago was completely ruined due to our lack of sleep.

Will stay again

This hotel is very comfortable and the service is good, the food is a bit pricey $17 per person for a standard breakfast buffet. There can be a bit of noise from the atrium since the rooms all open to that space but I liked my stay.

Nice property, noisy wild packs of children

Stayed at this property for two nights - location is outside the city in a quiet business area. Hotel placed me in a room near the elevator (I'm sure because I didn't book with them), which resulted in a ridiculous amount of hallway and elevator noise, as there was a wedding with hundreds of children running wild throughout the hallways. Condition of room was good, and there's a nice walking/running path around a pond outside, but the noise - wow. To add salt to the wound, when I checked out, they informed me that I was charged $9.90 for internet, in 2017. Will not stay here again, regardless of the brand and property.

Free wifi not really

The hotel is located at a remote area, no much to do around there.it shows the wifi should be free, but at the end they will charge you $9.95 (because it's only free in PUBLIC areas).

Ground floor elev trash bin over flowing at 3 a,m

Hardly one person at the front desk around 4 p.m for busy check-in time.This is absolutely slow process.
