Decent All Inclusive

The Employees were polite upon arrival, stay and departure. They did everything in their ability to accommodate my wife and I.
The credits were up to $2500, dependent on length of stay, which I did not catch that in the fine print. It was written, but I just didn't catch it. We had a short stay, so $500 in credits, but the offers of tours and excursions to their other hotels in Cancun were just not enticing. There is either more cost added using the credits or offers of a tour and 1 1/2 introduction to their other hotels (stating we can leave at any time), which I just thought was fishy.
There isn't much variety in the food at the hotel, but to survive or if I was a poor college student I would enjoy it. The chef staff did a great job, but like other all inclusive, I compare it to a third rate food buffet.
The cleanliness of the hotel was kept up.
The drinks are top shelf, but not the hard liquor they advertise. More plastic bottle types of alcohol. Beer variety wasn't vast either, but I can't complain, bottled water anytime, so we were refreshed.
Room was great and they were attentive to room service and cleaning the room.
Overall, it is worth it staying here because it was away from the tourist crowd, empty beach and quiet/beautiful scenery.
When we went to the North Side of the island, it put a stamp of okay on the hotel because it was close to the North Side and we could literally pick and choose if we wanted to enjoy the all inclusive or travel the town.
