The food had a lot to be desired! Having to get up super early to make reservations for dinner daily was a pain in the butt. You’re supposed to be able to sleep in on vacation. Our toilet was plugged. We went with a big group of people and there were multiple of us whose air conditioners didn’t work. Which made for really miserable sleeping. When we first looked into staying here I read reviews most of them were terrible but I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and I should have gone with my gut. The beach towel situation was really stupid. If you didn’t turn them in daily then you would get charged for them. So we were all getting after the kids all the time to keep track of their towels. We didn’t have issues with our room keys but most of our friends kept getting locked out of their rooms and had to get their keys reprogrammed daily. I would not stay here again!

Beach was nice. Food was pretty terrible in the buffet. We were supposed to stay at grand oasis palm which seemed to be the nicer of the 2 hotels that are on the property. Upon arrival we were told we were going to be in the Sens hotel next door with the crappier pool, buffet and layout of the hotel.

The room was fine, the breakfast buffet was the better than the lunch and dinner buffet. The restaurants you need to make reservations for were maybe slightly above average but were not great. Overall it’s a very average all inclusive resort. Would stay at a different one if we visit Cancun again.

The pictures online painted a very very different picture. I was packed with families with young children - very overcfrowded. Rooms were small and very old. Our room was not touched/picked up until day 3! Food and drinks were terrible. Food was usually barely warm - when food ran out - oftentimes it was not refilled. No flavor - not a lot of variety. Drinks were terrible! We rarely finished an entire cup. Check in took hours (4 hours)!!! Lost a full day of sun sitting in the hotel waiting to check in and then once our turn, they didn't have our reservation. Had to call Expedia, etc... it was a mess. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS RESORT!
