After a long drive to Dallas, we arrived from out of town, staff were not friendly and welcoming at all. The bathroom was small especially the shower area.

very pleasant hotel, convenient location

Pros: covered above.
Cons: can't think of anything
Location: convenient location near a nice resturant, the airport, and the places I needed to go.
Although the room was a bit on the small size, it was comfortable with all the necessary conveniences. The staff was quite helpful and pleasant as was the overall appearance of the hotel. The complementary breakfast was very good. If I have an occasion to return to Irving, I will likely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Three nite stay no issues also used the shuffle se

Great hotel clean room decent breakfast and used the shuttle service to and from the airport they go on the hour every hour just call them to pick you back up from the airport

I'm rarely negative..

Check in took way too long. The clerk didnt seem to want to hand my husband his credit card back. He had to DEMAND it back from the other clerk. The handle on the toilet was hanging off...yes, hanging off. You had to reset the handle to make it stop running. No hot water at the sink. I won't continue to list the other issues but let's say it's not as nice as it appears.

Odd hotel

Pros: Free Internet, workout area
Cons: Poor breakfast
This hotel is very uneven. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is very small. The bathroom and separate show area is quite cramped. The closet is so shallow the doors won't close with the hangers turned normally. The workout area is very nice. Same quality machines as the workout facility I normally use. The breakfast was not very good. I have stayed at other Fairfield Inn's where they had breakfast sandwiches. This one doesn't.
