We typically prefer to leave positive reviews for hotels, but there were several issues here that we felt did not justify the hotel's rating when we selected it. The hotel had a worn and rather unkept appearance about it with lots of small debris along the carpets on the 1st floor as well as the 3rd floor where we were staying, the carpet in the elevator was the same way. The Wi-Fi connection was so slow, we were still waiting 2 minutes later for it to indicate we had connected and were unable to use it while we were there. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not operational and looked dismantled like it was a project needing to be done. The windows in the stairwell looked like they had some strange opaque glaze on them and had sheet rock debris around the base of them as well as the window sill. Finally, the free breakfast was all carbs...waffle machine, cereal dispenser, plain bagels, toast. Not very appealing at all.

I called ahead to confirm that my service animal could stay before I booked. They said she could stay, no problem. Then I get to check in and they charged me $50 for her to stay.

Hi we had only charged the 15 as pet fee and we had not taken any amount of 50 and please do not post the false claims if you don't have the service animal license nor a photo of it proving it as a service animal how can you simply say it is a service animal and please don't simply claim that we had done something wrong.

Immediately upon entering the lobby I knew there was going to be a problem. It smelled and looked dirty and was very run down. When we got into the elevator to go to our room there were cigarette butts on the floor even though there were signs everywhere saying it was a smoke free hotel. Our room smelled like something was hot, the air conditioner didn't work, there were holes on the table below the TV, the desk was very wobbly, the ceiling looked as if there had been water damage and someone had tried to fix it but it looked like it could fall down on us at any moment. The bathroom floor was spongy. We decided not to take our chances and checked out. The people coming and going looked like homeless people and one woman at the front desk announced that the SWAT team would be there at any moment because someone had beat her up. This is the worst place I have ever booked online and very misrepresented. I can't believe Travelocity even had them listed on their site! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

This hotel is in dire need of updating. The bathroom door had a fist hole punched in it, the walls around the bath enclosure were peeling and there were various stains around the room that I chose not to closely inspect. The sheets were clean as was the bathroom so I'll give them that. I understand that this facility was pet friendly but had pet free rooms also. Ours must not have been; even though I was told it was upon check in. I couldn't stay the second night due to my allergies kicking up prompting asthma issues. We had to forfeit our second night costs due to this.
