Good hotel, if your business is in the area.

Pros: Most everything esp location
Cons: Price
It is the most convenient for my affairs. Clean, no complaints. Only it is a bit overpriced.

Nice hotel but lacking in customer service.

Hotel looks nice inside and somewhat comfortable. Only one restaurant in hotel. Service is lacking, example, if you order pancakes make sure you also ask for syrup and butter if you want some. And ask for them at the same time unless you want to receive them piece meal - this goes for other desired service too. Also, they don't accept U.S. currency and we ran out of pesos.

worse hotel!!!!!!!!

The worst hotel in my life. That is even worse by taking into account its category and number of "stars". Indeed, apart from the scarce lighting due to exahusted and not replaced lamps, when we came back to our room the second day of our stay we found that the Hotel reused the same USED AND DIRTY towels we used the day before, and on which we walked over. There were very big dirty spots. However, they put again the towels well folded as they were new! EVEN WORSE: Before checking out, I WAS OBLIGED to pay a tip. Now, apart from the fact that in Mexico this is not the rule, and in any case that must be a my choice, what they did is incredible= on a my ALREADY SIGNED and PAID BILL, THEY ADDED the tip amount by themselves. When I said that I had already paid, they answered that there is a tip indicated over my signature!

Very nice hotel!

I was at the Radisson for a short time to visit friends, and I will definitely go back. The staff was wonderful. Check- in was easy, they were very eager to get my bags to my room and get settled in. Room service was very good, and very fast! The cleaning service was very good. They came and checked quite often to see if I needed anything, or when I wanted housekeeping services. The location was right across from a big mall. You could take a walk way from right infront of the hotel to it. Very convienent!!!!! There is definitely alot going on around this hotel, and the front desk is very helpful in letting you know things and/or places to go. I would strongly encourage anyone to consider staying in this hotel, it was a pleasure. I will be staying there again when I go back to Mexico City!!!
