I had made reservations for 4 people. They did not have the pull out bed made and when I asked why they told me that I am supposed to make it myself. I informed them that this was never ever required in any other hotels that I had stayed in. The recepetionist told me they would get it done but it never happened. Enough blankets or amenities were not provided for 4 people.

Perhaps the most friendly front desk staff ever! Was in for 3 days on Business this week and was amazed at the service. Even in midst of remodel, property was spotless and restaurant top notch.
