Tight rooms, stairs, bad appliances
So for the most part it was fine, but all the appliances were underpowered. I had to run an item through the washer twice and dryer three times. The oven kept suddenly dropping in temperature, so we had to set it 50-100 degrees F above what we wanted. The ground floor bathroom was insanely narrow. All full bathrooms (which were all tiny) were upstairs, so even if you slept on the ground floor, you needed to climb stairs. The beds were not great (except for the ones in the living room, but that's only compared to other sofa beds/futons). Oh, and the nest thermostat kept resetting the temperature so that it was uncomfortably hot whenever we had been out and returned.

Beautiful home, excellent location. Looks exactly like the pictures. The Owner and Management were quick to respond to any questions and or concerns. Will suggest to others that this is a great place to stay.

Great Stay!
The property was just as listed in the post. The owner even went out of his way to accommodate for the extra guest staying. They made sure we had extra blankets, extra pillows and even blow up mattress. Overall very satisfied with the stay! Thanks Again.

Clean, modern, convenient
This duplex was clean, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located for our needs. We stayed with our two children and their families and primarily used the home as a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable. The owners were very responsive whenever we had a question and were gracious to allow us an earlier check in time. We found only two drawbacks. The first is that this duplex is located in an area with other duplexes and is quite congested at night. We arrived one evening to find a car parked in front of the driveway. Luckily the neighbors were not home and we were able to pull into their drive and cross the median between the units. The other issue was the bedroom floors creak rather loudly. If everyone sleeps at the same time there would be no problem. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when in the area.
