1st room was dirty 2nd room was dirty and smelled like it had just been smoked in we finally settled on the 3rd room

Pool was closed, which was disappointing. The grab 'n' go breakfast is much more meager than the regular breakfast -- just a tasteless red delicious apple, granola bar, and mini muffin. I understand the need to sub grab 'n' go for the pandemic, but the breakfast should be comparable to the regular one. Property is OK but a little wear & tear around the edges.

The only negative was poor quality of hot breakfast. Waffle maker was available and normal breakfast cerals and instant oatmeal was available. Front desk staff was making hot food and checking people out. Not a good combo.

Great Hotel

We stayed only one night but it was a great night. Room was clean, nice 40" T.V, Bathroom had great shower and good lighting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The swimming pool is enclosed very well done. This is a secure feeling area of Indianapolis..nice.

Very Nice Stay - would recommend.

We stayed during the Big10 Tourny in March. It was a bit far from downtown where all the action was, but not too bad. The rooms were very nice and clean. Spacious for the price. The pillow top beds were the BOMB!! VERY comfortable. You can't beat the price. All-in-all, I wished all my hotel visits were this nice. The breakfast on a scale of 1-10 I would give it an 7. Hot waffles, saugage patties & eggs, cereal, bagels, fruit. Not too bad. (I've never given any breakfast higher than a 9, I'm very picky about breakfast.) Pool was nice, hot tub, work out room seemed to be OK.

Worst hotel I have ever been in

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been in. The bathroom floor had hair all over it and in the tub as well. I don't believe the sheets were even changed. Used condom in the trashcan, shall I go on?? We went to front desk to check out due to the conditions and the clerk never even checked the condition of our room. He said he was the only one there (9:00PM no mgr on duty?) He did however offer us another room but we were so disgusted from the first we refused to stay. To top it all off since our stay was prepaid the REFUSED to refund us the two nights. As a former Front Office Mgr of a hotel in Orlando I can say they are definitely lacking in customer service!! I do think their corporate office should do a surprise check!!
