My husband and I visited to celebrate our anniversary. We had an awesome dinner, had a great time bowling, and enjoyed playing the slots as well. Staff was very friendly and accomodating and our room was cozy and clean. We will definitely be going back!

First, coming in the entry persona that are standing at the entry to make sure they get temperature and sanitizer where extremely rude. We waiting in line for about 30 minutes to check in. Ladies at the front desk seem lost when they were assisting the customers. Second our card to get around the hotel was not working, asking for a different card seemed that the lady we asked was mad. Last we had drive more than 10 hours and we were hungry, we went to have dinner at the hotel and our waiter was rude to us. We asked he nicely about the menu and she gave us the rudest attitude. We did call the manager and it seem like he didn’t care. It will be the last time we decide to stay at this resort. If employees don’t want know work with clients and helping out they should not be working at a place like this.
