Our air conditioning was stuck at 81 degrees. When we talked to the front desk we were told they couldn’t move us to a different room as it would make housekeeping clean an extra room. The front desk person came up to our room and verified that it was broken around 9am but this time she told us they couldn’t move us became they were sold out and had no rooms. (Even though we watched housekeeping clean 3 rooms down the hall earlier. She finally brought us a couple fans and said it was the best she could do for us.

Rooms are great! Like the kitchenette. We were able to fix a meal in the room. There is construction going on on floors 3 and 4. But not a problem when you are on floor 2. All staff were very helpful! They also have a nice area to wash clothes if necessary. I recommend this hotel.

In the middle of Renovations
We were greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk who gave us an overview of the hotel. We were woken up at 8:20 by extremely loud construction noises from within the hotel. It would have been nice to have been told this would be happening. We spend 1-2 nights a year away from our children so the loud wake up call was very unfortunate.

Lovely hotel
