I called in advance before checking in to see the shuttle times. I arrived on time at the hotel station and the shuttle never arrived. I called the hotel three times and waited for the next shuttle to arrive. It arrived one hour later, and there was told there was only space for one person and not the three of us. I ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel. I will never stay here again.

The area of my room was very noisy. Some type of machinery or the air conditioner. No I’ve machine in my building 2. Getting around building already confusing. But loved the stay.

Very loud and noisy hotel at all hours. Thin walls apparently as you can hear everything going on around you. Even with DND on the door, the maids tried to come in the room all day. View of a rooftop. Restaurant closed. Bed was comfortable. Great black out drapes, would have been so much better without all the noise all the time.

Airport shuttle took much too long to arrive. Had to take taxi. Breakfast Buffet outstanding. Little things like the bathroom towels were very special.
