Our overall stay was pretty descent. The staff are very sweet and accommodating. The most disappointing thing was the rooms weren't ready at check-in. We reserved 3 rooms and only 1 was ready. We waited about 10 minutes for our 2nd room and then 2 hours for the 3rd room. The rooms were clean, but one could tell the shower was dated (low shower head, with off center fixtures). It was quiet and we felt secure. One needs a room key to get into the hotel and then again in the elevator. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing better than that. I would stay here again, but I would also look for other options.

Getting attention of the help desk was impossible when I called. Breakfast was terrible to the point when they should not claim that “breakfast is included”. The only good thing about this hotel was pizza place across the street.
