Our room was not labeled the same suite as I had booked online,they told me it was the same thing but just by a different name. Once in the hallway of our room we were hit with the strong odor of smoke, in the room the smell was just as bad, someone was obviously smoking in the room next to us. When we got in the room several of the outlets had burn marks on them, and two of the outlets were chipped, and did not look safe to use. The shower had some mold on the walls. My wife is very sensitive to smoke, and became very sick, I went down to the manager to inform them of the smoke and they said they would take care of it. We went out to dinner and did some shopping, when we returned the hallway smelled of febreze and smoke, it made things worse and my wife was not well. I went down to the desk and asked if there was anyway we could get our money back and leave, he told me that I would have to contact Travelocity. The next day we spent the day in town with family and when we got back to the hotel we checked out as we could not stay any longer with the smell making my wife sick so we left early. After we left I contacted Travelocity to get a refund, they contacted the hotel and the manager stated that I was told that I needed to check out by 3pm to get a refund, I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS, if I knew that I would of left the first night and drove 3 hours home. The manager lied to Travelocity to avoid having to give me a refund, they are dishonest, unclean DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!

The music was so loud until 2 am couldn't sleep. Lots of fighting and yelling in hallways.

Upon check-in I noticed there was black mold in shower, therefore requested a new room I was given new room, no black mold yet still a strong mold smell in hotel Staff is not friendly, nor apologetic for shortcomings of hotel, one being front desk phone does not connect Told Manager of issue, that phone goes directly to voicemail, as I wished to asked questions & not leave room I mention this because 3rd night, at around 130am a man was banging on my door & woke me up. I looked through peep hole, he said to let he in & I advised he had wrong room I called front desk as I was scared, voicemail again. No way to get security The next morning went to discuss with Manager & ask for late check out. I could not call as no one answers phone The female Manager told me that the hotel phone is listed wrong online & it was a different number, okay ? She vowed a cell phone quick footage of security tape & told me I was lying about person banging on my door All I wanted was good security & a courtesy late checkout as I did not sleep well previous night. She preceded to raise her voice, discriminate that I was a local trying to get my stay for free Not sure where she took her customer service class, but she needs to go back Horrible experience, don’t stay there go to Comfort Inn Wonderful stay there for less
