We arrived after the front desk closed at 11 pm. They have a self check in kiosk but because the hotel did not give us an access code we could not check in. Called Expedia but there was nothing they could do, other than to try and book us in a property far away. We ended up walking a few minutes with our 6 pieces of luggage at 2 am to the Grand Hyatt (via Orbitz) and got two nights for $50 more and wonderful service and food. Silver lining is Hotel Hu didn’t bill us.

The room was clean and very nice, and I liked how close to the airport it is, however when I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk, even though 24-hour concierge service was listed on their features, and their checkout kiosk wouldn't accept any information I input, so I had to leave a note when I checked out.

Worst hotel. Internet WiFi was super slow. I can’t even make video call. told the receptionist but said sorry and did not do anything. Emailed to hotel but no response. Horrible experience. Better book different hotel
