The room smelled weird but we sprayed air freshener. There was mold in our bathroom and in our air air conditioner. I have a headache that has not gone away.

I would like to understand with some detail your grade of a 2 so I can see how we could have improved.

Gave us a pet room that reeked of pet smell and urine. Supposedly had no other room even tho others checked in after us. I did not request a pet room. I booked the room in advance. Hotel staff said they would disinfect and run a fan with the door open. We left for 4 hours. When returning it had made no difference. I have asthma and could not stay in there. No one would have stayed in there. Too overpowering.
