NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY WITH BABIES! The listing states family friendly and free cribs. THEY DO NOT HAVE CRIBS! I got here with my 10 month old and was told too bad, and I was not able to cancel to go to a different hotel. Also, when I went down for breakfast the juice machine was broken. They had one type of toast, one type of cereal and two oatmeal’s. They had no way to get clean drinking water in the entire hotel, except the taps in our room. I was told that by the front desk. I have a reservation here in a week, after my cruise, but I will be cancelling it, and giving my business to someone else that has the amenities they say they do.

My toilet would not flush even after they “fixed” it. My phone was not working apparently because my dinner that I order for delivery sat at the desk and got cold. Even though I had my room number on it. They chose to call the room and never tried to come back (they claim they knocked once) and knock again or call my cell that they had on file. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was a very disappointing stay.

Terrible. Don’t do it. Absolutely filthy. The people at the front desk barely spoke to us at all. The sink was clogged in our room and we had to change to a new one. They just grunted at us and gave us a new key. Didn’t even look at us. Every piece of furniture is ripped and stained. The bed is terrible. I’ve never been in a worse hotel in my life.

The carpets are soiled everywhere the lobby chipped tiles not vacuumed staff sitting in lobby desk unattended and more deplorable I’m not able to even sleep

The staff were nice. Breakfast was lacking, the pool was not available and the shuttle was not available. I was told we'd get a discount for having to pay a taxi but it wasn't the amount quoted and didn't cover the difference...
