work trip

Pros: nothing
The air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms. We were on a work trip and needed sleep. I asked the front desk if there was another room and he replied no. There were only 10 cars in the parking lot . There was no discount or accommodation for the inconvenience and discomfort .
