Location was great. Was not very clean. Choose not to bring my dog but had one in next room that barked at all hours day and night. Was non smoking but people smoking in halls and rooms all over. Very disappointing !!!!!

Debra , Thank you for giving us a rating , however we are saddened that you did not enjoy your stay . We are a smoke free hotel and if you smelled smoke always report to the front desk we could have rectified the issue . Pets are welcomed at our hotel however if another pet was bothering you we could have moved you to another floor or room and contacted the pet owner . Again we apologize that you had an issue and we hope that we can earn your trust in a future stay .

The carpet in the room was visibly dirty. There were stains on the floor and the door in the bathroom also had some stains. The room did not look clean at all.

The front desk person in the morning was rude and condescending. They messed up my reservation and then she wasn’t going to fix it although I had already paid for the room. I received A half-hearted apology from the manager. The room had a dirty bed cover and the carpet smelled. I will NEVER stay with them again.

The only bad thing I have to say is the room was missing TV remote so was rather boring. Staff could not locate it. But they did try. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by great food and Walmart. Heads up if you use Travelocity the hotel cannot give you a receipt, they also could not give us a discount for the missing remote because we use Travelocity.
