The host/front desk tried to persuade us to go to the other Hyatt property stating there were no more rooms Available. Please note that we had already booked weeks in advance. He tried to give Us a $200 credit toward amenities. We declined and his tone changed stating that he would lose his job If we wouldn't accept the offer. all Of a sudden, rooms Magically appeared and were available. He mentioned the 10 rooms available had broken air conditioning and not suitable for occupancy. Don't fall for this tactic.
Food was ok and options were limited. But the view and beach was beautiful
