Deceptive

The host/front desk tried to persuade us to go to the other Hyatt property stating there were no more rooms Available. Please note that we had already booked weeks in advance. He tried to give Us a $200 credit toward amenities. We declined and his tone changed stating that he would lose his job If we wouldn't accept the offer. all Of a sudden, rooms Magically appeared and were available. He mentioned the 10 rooms available had broken air conditioning and not suitable for occupancy. Don't fall for this tactic. Food was ok and options were limited. But the view and beach was beautiful

Classy hotel with great beach view

This hotel was wonderful from the moment we stepped out of our transportation! Great friendly staff! Beautiful environment! The room was amazing. Plenty of places to eat! The spa was wonderful!

Was here for a guys trip. Had a mix up with room but it was resolved quick. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Would defiantly come back here and stay!
