When you arrive at the airport many people stop you to offer "free" tours and a breakfast, they try to convince you and then sell you a timeshare. After leaving the airport and arriving at the hotel you find the same protocol ... I had to wait 1 hour and a half to deliver the room. The staff knowing that you get exhausted and tired of the trip insist so much until you agree to go to breakfast and to talk ... also tell you that the talk lasts 90minutes; And in short you miss the day (we were from 9am to 4:30 pm). It is a lost day of your vacations. They have highly trained staff (try to convince one person, then another comes, and another until the mind does not give for more) so you do not leave without signing a contract that binds you for at least 3 years. In short the first 2 days the least you do is relax.
After that torture, thanks to the staff of the area of food, swimming pool, beach, spa and cleaning of rooms is fixed the time remaining holiday. Thanks to Alan, Jairo, Laura, Fernando, Magui, Cinthia, Melissa, Odelys and other staff.
In addition the mattress is extremely hard, it is something you should consider changing.

Regarding the perception you had from our in-house department, we like to inform you that we do make an invitation to our guests to join our membership program; we apologize if you felt harassed, it wasn’t our intention. Nevertheless we have talked with the department involved to take immediate action and make the proper adjustments with the concierge’s services towards our guests.
On the other hand, the mattresses at the resort are orthopedic; mostly used in hotels especially design to offer a goodnight sleep to all our guests. Please try to consider it depends on the different preference that each person has; however we offer a pillow top to any guest who still finds it hard.
Nevertheless, we appreciate to read that you had an overall nice experience with us and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you in the future to enhance your experience and perception of the Hotel.
