"Cruiseship-like fun and amenities"
We had a grand time. Thanks to Martn the concierge. We were treated well from the moment we arrived until we left the property. Eventhough our checkout was at 11:00, they provided unlimited drinks and meals until our shuttle arrived for our departure. I would definitely come again. Thanks GR Solaris!

"So Glad I picked this place!"
For the same price as staying in a hotel room, my family of 4 got what felt like a 1 bedroom apartment, with an amazing view. Everything we needed was at this resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made our first trip to Mexico amazing and easy. The resort is beautiful, the views are stunning, the food is great. We ended up doing the "time share pitch" because in exchange, we were given a big credit and discounts on tours we already wanted to take. Saved a ton of money on Xcaret (I highly recommend checking that out). And booking any tours was so easy using the services in the lobby. If I lived closer to Cancun and only had to take 1 flight to get there, I probably would have bought into the time share. But saying no, meant no, and they did not hassle us any further. If I get another chance to go back to Cancun, this is the place I want to stay!

"nice place to stay "
I recommend very much for couples with kids or teenagers, because this suits are excellent for that situation, kids can be sleeping in the living room , and the couple be sleeping at the bedroom with fully privacy. But keep in mind then this hotel have no entertainment because it's a time share place. But let me tell this, you will be sleeping very good. I I strongly recommend this place.

"Modern hotel right on the beach"
As soon as we pulled up to the hotel the staff was there greeting us and handing us coconut milk...which we traded for a cold beer and mimosa. Check in was easy but they give you too much info and we were exhausted from our flights so we didn't remember half of what they told us. They take you over to the activities desk where they explain which excursions you can use your room credit on. We booked ours later at the info desk by the spa after we got some rest and more information. This was our second time in Cancun so we had already done most the excursions that were listed for room credit. We went in January and it was windy and warm every day so we didn't get to snorkel. Last time we came in February and I don't remember it being windy and we enjoyed snorkeling. We choose Garrafon Reef park which I do NOT recommend. The boat ride took forever to get there and then you're stuck on this island for 3 hours. It was windy so we weren't able to snorkel or use kayaks. You can pay extra to swim with dolphins but we had done that before. There is a quick 3 line zip-line that is good for beginners. Lunch was a buffet of weird foods. We really wished we hadn't wasted a day on this excursion.

"Great time Great price"
This was our first Cancun Resort stay and we were very pleased. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The hotel was well-kept and very beautiful. The beach was amazing! The food was ok. Many places to choose from since we could eat at both the GR Caribe and Royal Solaris next door, but I wasn't overly-impressed. The brick oven pizza was the best. Highly recommend booking activities through Aquaworld at the Royal Solaris booth. We had an awesome time parasailing and on the jungle tour and sunset cruise.

"Great place"
Nice location very close to the beach. Many pools. Great staff. Super breakfast. Some of the pool patios looked a little tired, but the pools were great. Chairs at the pool need cushions. The room was clean with both morning and evening service. The a.c. seemed a bit sour in the room, but it did cool the room. Nice soaps. They had a nice handicap access on the beach. The JW Marriott has an edge in our view, pretty respectable place.

"Nice hotel with great service"
My husband and I just returned for your hotel. We had such a great experience. The service was awesome. The wait staff at the pool was great and very attentive. I don't think I ever had an empty drink or water. I loved the food options, so many options right around the pool for lunch or snacks. Dinners were all good and I loved that we didn't have to eat at a buffet all the time. We didn't need reservations and loved that we could eat off a menu plus it was normal size perportions. Thank you for such a great week. We will be back!

"Old World Charm and Enchantment"
Casa Turquesa, simply stated, is magical. The hotel is older and more traditional in its décor and setting. There is an impressive art collection and an antique grand piano in the foyer. As with any facility, the hotel is but a structure. What makes Casa Turquesa so special is the staff. I have traveled around the world many times and have yet to find any other hotel that come close to the excellence provided at Casa Turquesa. The genuine warmth and hospitality at all levels is pervasive and heartfelt. Everyone we met went the extra distance to ensure our stay was beyond perfect. We came to appreciate them so very much. We will definitely return at our earliest.
