"Beach-front hotel, family friendly"
This was our second stay at the Royal Sands, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were upgraded to an oceanfront suite, and the view was great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the suites have full kitchens, although we did not use ours much as we were on the all inclusive plan. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were multiple dining options, from fine to casual. Sipping tropical drinks on the beach or around one of the pools was a pleasant way to spend the afternoons. This is a timeshare resort, and we were offered a presentation, but there was no pressure when we declined this. We appreciated the quiet and family friendly atmosphere of the resort. Although everyone appeared to be having a good time, this is not a "party hearty" type of place. Many families with children were present.

"So Glad I picked this place!"
For the same price as staying in a hotel room, my family of 4 got what felt like a 1 bedroom apartment, with an amazing view. Everything we needed was at this resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made our first trip to Mexico amazing and easy. The resort is beautiful, the views are stunning, the food is great. We ended up doing the "time share pitch" because in exchange, we were given a big credit and discounts on tours we already wanted to take. Saved a ton of money on Xcaret (I highly recommend checking that out). And booking any tours was so easy using the services in the lobby. If I lived closer to Cancun and only had to take 1 flight to get there, I probably would have bought into the time share. But saying no, meant no, and they did not hassle us any further. If I get another chance to go back to Cancun, this is the place I want to stay!

"nice place to stay "
I recommend very much for couples with kids or teenagers, because this suits are excellent for that situation, kids can be sleeping in the living room , and the couple be sleeping at the bedroom with fully privacy. But keep in mind then this hotel have no entertainment because it's a time share place. But let me tell this, you will be sleeping very good. I I strongly recommend this place.

"Best Trip of my life "
I came here for spring break with my girlfriend and this was the most amazing vacation I could ask for! We are not the typical spring breakers that go wild so we wanted something more chill. We did the All-inclusive option and it was so worth it! The food was great and the everything there was truly amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful, I practiced my Spanish and caught on more as I stayed throughout the week. They all knew English too but it was nice to learn a little bit while I was there. The staff and servers seemed very happy to be there and they made my trip all the better. I sort of calculated how much food and drink we were getting and let me tell you we definitely got our money's worth for the All-inclusive and more. I even splurged on the last day and rented a Bali Bed on the beach which was completely worth it. It came with Champagne (or bottle of your choice) and a mixer (orange juice) so from 10-6 we had our own private waitress/server that would check in on us and take food orders and drink orders. We even got towel service and a couple of gifts at the end! It was truly an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back to The Krystal Grand Punta Cancun within the next couple of years to experience it all over again!

"Relaxing and easy for a golfer!"
The staff was very kind and made the stay enjoyable. As a golfer...I could not have asked for a better set-up. I could walk to the course and the hotel 'golf rate' was VERY affordable! It allowed me to budget two rounds instead of just one! The course too was in great shape and well maintained! The hotel room was clean although the king sized bed (mattress) was on its last leg! The hotel room TV (Picture) went our on day two...so I called the front desk, and within minutes, someone was there to fix it. The next day the same thing happened...the TV picture went out! So I went to the front desk and personally told the counter person (who took some notes) The blow dryer only worked when you held the button down...and it only produced cold air. The highlights for our room were the views of the ocean and pool area and the daily maid service! (our room maid was creative and thoughtful...everyday!) I have stayed at other 'all-inclusive' hotels...and others offered food at pool side...this one did not and during my first three days...I rarely saw anyone asking me if I wanted a drink. Only the last day, was I approached several times. We would stay here again...but in all honesty I would say this is a
