My room was not properly cleaned. The floors had obviously not been swept for quite some time all around both beds. There was a lot of food crumbs, various hair/fuzz, and sticky spots all around each bed, especially the foot of the beds. This was easily visible upon entering the room.

I am most concerned with the carpet which is extremely old and rippling. The window has a crack in it. The curtains were broken. It doesn’t look like it has been updated since it was built.

Didn’t have any soap or shampoo in shower. The side door to use to take dogs out did not work for the entire stay, we notified staff shortly after we arrived. Only had decaf coffee in room first morning. Temperature control is difficult

The room was dirty. Could not use the shower. The bathtub was full of hair and dried paint. Toilet roll was rusted and falling off. Carpet dirty. No remote for the tv. Could not call front desk because the phone in the room had no cords. Coffee was cold and old
