Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The negative was the general condition of the appliances in the villas. They looked a bit run down.

From even before we arrived the staff was extremely polite and helpful. They helped us with travel from the airport to the resort. Once we arrived it was even better. Super nice, made everything super easy so all we had to do was relax. We had a plan to see the Mayan ruins at Xunantuich and normally they will only set it up if there are six people or more. They made it happen for us anyway as only my wife and I signed up to go. Then to top it off our guide was probably the smartest guide they could find! Edgar knew so much about the Mayans he kept me intrigued all day. He had actually helped with the mapping and digging at these sites. It was so good we the first ones in and by far the last ones out. He was amazing! We then went zip lining at Angel falls. Super awesome also! We also went into Hopkins for a day and I must say the locals are some of the friendliest we’ve met anywhere. Our whole trip was like this. The food at the resort was wonderful as well. Prices were really good and we ate all but one meal there. I would highly recommended this place to anyone and everyone. We will visit and stay here again.

Nice room close to the beach!

The room depicted on the site was just what we walked into. Perfect accommodation and right on the beach. Staff was friendly and attentive. The tours were great and provided interesting activities like chocolate making and a trip out to Thatch Cay! We were unsure ay first about the local village but were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and openness of the local village. Would definitely go back again!

Nice place low key relaxing good food, friendly

Some upkeep maintenance could be done on individual condos but as a whole it was very nice - staff was friendly, close to village if trying local food which was very good as well

Hidden Costs

Found out that it costs as much to get from Belize to the hotel as it cost for plane tickets from Arizona to Belize. Were not told about in country hidden costs. Bad deal from Travelocity.
