I wish that they would have indicated that the bistro and restaurant where closed when I booked still and no daily maid service unless you request it…. Stay at a lot of places and this is the first hotel that does not have daily maid service for the guest rooms that are booked for multiple days of stay. Also breakfast was more of the selection at a gas station them a Marriott.

Joseph Romagnoli, operations manager, is the best!

Pros: The pool hours.
Cons: They need to offer guests a free breakfast
Location: Walkway over the Hudson, DIA Beacon
I very much liked this hotel. Was happy that their pool was open at 6:00 am instead of the usual nine or ten that other hotels do. Alas, the printers for guests didn't work. But the energetic, efficient and personable operations manager Joseph Romagnoli came to the rescue!! Too bad they don't have a free breakfast as almost every other place does

Our hotel stay

It was a very nice stay. The staff was excellent and very kind. We loved when asked would you like a first floor room or higher. We were given a room close to the main lobby. The bed was very comfortable. I was able to park my car right outside my hotel Window. The Hot tub was great felt very relaxing. It was only 10-15 minutes from where I had to be. Plenty of places to eat a shop. An overall great time.

This was a great hotel experience

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Love this hotel. Friendly staff, very clean hotel, good breakfast, and most important of all the bed was so so comfortable.
