Not a four star hotel.

I know HK rooms are smaller than in the U.S., but this is ridiculous.  Weird odors in the room, slow drains, and no place to put the luggage without tripping over it.  I reserved 2 rooms and they could not even put us on the same floor  I have stayed in Motel 6 in the US that have better rooms.  The service however, is very good.

pleasant stay

Pros: Close restaurants, near to mtr
Cons: No free Internet
The hotel is a decent average 3-star hotel. But the location makes up for everything else. The fact that it is Hong Kong so you can expect a big roomy room. 3 suitcases will pretty much block your hallway. But the location is awesome. Good restaurants are a stone throw away and there's a 7-eleven right downstairs across the street. The MTR station is just 2 blocks away, which makes it perfect because after a long day of walking and shopping in Hong Kong, the last thing you want is to walk a long way back to your hotel.

Not Four Stars in my book

The hotel was not clear about the reservations. Took two days to deliver extra pillows and also towels when requested. They told me they knew I was to have a King Bed but I would just have to understand that they had very few King Beds in the hotel and those are reserved for people who do not use Travel Agents. I requested certain amenities like soap and shampoo and was told the hotel does not provide that. Most hotels in Asia provide bottled water for the room, however, this hotel does not. While the hotel is fine for basic needs, it is far from a four star hotel.
