Cleanliness of facility and room was way below my other experiences at Hampton Inns. Very disappointing.

Didn’t stay except one night and arrived at 10:00pm so other than check-in and property cleanliness I cannot comment. Check-in was fast and easy and desk manager arranged a shuttle to the cruise port for us for the next morning which was very convenient. The hotel lobby and room were very clean and exactly as had been advertised.

upon checking in the front desk attendant was very courteousand helpful and patient, the hotel is in good location.

The room was clean and beautiful. There were clean sheets and towels. The only thing I didn’t like is the guests congregating outside throughout the property.
