All staff members were great. The room was clean and had nice amenities. The complimentary breakfast had many options and all looked good and what I choose tasted good. My only issue was the mattress was so firm that it was difficult to sleep. I asked the front desk for a blanket to put on top of the mattress to make it somewhat softer and I was given a comforter to use. This helped but still was uncomfortable.

Did not like the bed...it was very hard...girlfriend and I did not sleep well....at around 6 a.m. there was kids running up and down the halls
