The staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t realize you had to put one of the keys in the slot by the door to activate room. Sweet girl at the desk walked up to my suite to show me. Restaurant is very good. Didn’t realize that you have to add the tip for the staff before they run your credit card. They couldn’t add it after. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Will stay here again.

Boutique hotel is in the heart of Salzburg.

Pros: Location, style and staff
Cons: Rooms were a bit small but comfortable and clean.
Location: Classical music fans will love this, museum fans will love this, shopping fans will love this and people watching is the BEST!!!
We chose this as our last hotel for our 3-week biking trip around Austra, Slovenia and Italy. It was just a perfect way to cap off a fantastic trip. The hotel is located on one of the most famous streets in Salzburg and is only a short walk from such places as Mozart's birthplace and many famous museums. The restaurant is very special and the waitstaff is 1st class. We can't say enough about this hotel and recommend this to anyone coming for a visit.
