Nice property in convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean. Very disappointing that servicing the rooms has been scaled back so far. Our trash was not removed or fresh cups for coffee replaced. That’s ridiculous.

I was not notified there was going to be construction during my visit from 9-5, while I'd be working in hotel. Spa and jacuzzi were down due to construction. Was told my room on 3rd floor should not be effectived, WRONG! Could here ALOT of construction noise, street view was extremely loud anddd room was infront of high traffic elevator. Very opposite what i required.

I liked the place where it is located and I did not like that the travelocity page said that the reservation included free breakfast and that the property had a restaurant and this is not true, it only has a Starbuck cafeteria and bar.

I didn’t like the $23 / day self parking charge. Otherwise the hotel & price due to the COVID was good.
