I was put on 2nd floor with steep stairs and a elevator that was clear across the hotel to get to it only about 7 people staying there so why 2nd floor not safe going up and down those steep stairs

The lobby and staff were nice except workers proping outside door open and smoking 10ft away from door. Hallway upstairs had overwhelming smell of carpet powder refresher that actually hurt my throat. The room was a dive. I pd a lot of money for it and was rather mad.. utv's outside made it noisy let alone u could hear everyone outside the room. Old showerhead with what i hope was just rust. Flooring in bad shape. Room small

It would have been nice to know the hot tub wasn't working. That was one of the reasons for picking this hotel. The Maintenance staff was very friendly and came to fix a light that wasn't working. We hadn't mentioned it,so it must have been requested from the last people. We did tell him that the bath tub water would not shut off. It was still running. He said he would get to it later and that was fine. What we didn't realize at the time was the faucet was broke and didn't have hot water. So, that night after a long day of riding ATV's we washed off in the sink. We went to the front desk and she was very polite but said there was nothing she could do until checkout, but offered a free drink in the bar. At check out the next day, the manager said it was noted that there was no hot water in that room, but because we booked through Travelocity, there was no way to offer a discount. Have a good day. It would be better day if I didn't bath in the sink. I was glad I brought tools. I had to re-fasten the door lock that was falling off, and work on the AC. It seems the rooms need a little work.

we had great time staying at "The Moose" with family Enjoyed the breakfast & visited the bar for good drinks. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool.

Clean and convenient. Liked the free WiFi, free breakfast. Also liked have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
