When I arrived, the room i had booked, family suite, didnt have the hide-a- bed couch because it was broken. So the gave us a second room in addition to the suite. Well the air conditioner in the suite screeched all night, even though it was turned off. Not a great experience.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was a total disappointment. It smelled musty at check-in. The hotel that was dirty, no skirt on the bed (looked really cheap). Nobody bothered to do any maintenance in the room (we stayed 4 days). We left the trash outside after 2 days but no trash bags were replaced. Our coffeepot did not work. We let the front desk know and it was replaced with another one that didn't work. The advertisement said they had breakfast. There was no hot food. It was nothing more than cold cereal, packaged oatmeal and muffins, and some of the days they had waffles you could make. Two things good...Coffee on the first floor was good and the air conditioner worked great.
