"Great location, very clean, very chic, wonderful service. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the style of the hotel. It was a very pleasurable stay. The lobby bar was great too! I loved the coffee martini. "
"Great staff and fantastic customer service. Older hotel with lots of charm. Glad we stayed and would stay again with such a convenient location and reasonable prices. "

"Great location for shopping but be prepared for a long walk or Uber ride to the French Quarter and the river. Seamless check-in. The front desk was wonderful. Our original room was noisy, so they switched us to a better one. The hotel is beautiful. Did not however get good advice from the concierge. My husband is a pescatarian - I don't think they know what that is. The dining room had no options for him and neither did some of the restaurants that were recommended. He also didn't tell us that the flowers at the plantation known for the azaleas had stopped flowering a month before. Other than that criticism, I recommend this hotel. "

"Came to Charleston for a couples trip to explore the city. The Embassy Suites was in the perfect spot in downtown Charleston. We could walk to everything. It was in a very safe spot with the park right next door. We really enjoyed the breakefast every morning and the 530 happy hour every afternoon. Our room was fine, and all the hotel staff were great!"
