These people stuck me in a room next to the exit door that slams on every single usage. I was up all nite and now im miserable my dog couldn't sleep it was awful at this location

Front desk staff very rude specially the Asian girl with glasses, the parking spaces are horrible, trash everywhere in the parking lot!!

Found out it cost $35 to park at the hotel. Our toilet did not work and there were wrappers on the floor of the room when we got there. The view of the marina is beautiful and quiet and you can see San Francisco in the distance which is spectacular at night.

The staff at the front desk were very difficult to work with when I was trying to extend my stay. I was working during the day from my room, and the housekeepers were extremely loud screaming at each other in the hallways. Also, I put a do not disturb sign on my door, but the housekeeper still knocked. The air conditioner didn’t turn on when I set it at 72° in my room was 74°. Every time it got too hot I had to go jiggle the thermostat to make it work. This place has gone downhill over the last couple of years. It all started when they started charging $35 a day for parking. One day my scramble eggs weren’t cooked.

Liked the Marina view room I stayed in. Liked the free freshly baked cookies. Did not like $35 / night parking fee. We used to be able to get a hotel room for that. Most of the hotel smelled like pet urine.

This was very convenient for us as we were visiting family in nearby Albany. Hotel is nicely appointed, pleasant, and comfortable. Pretty location on the water (marina). Not walkable and surrounding area doesn't look great, however, hotel campus is large and beautiful throughout. Pool crowded with birthday party, a little cramped and dark. Pricey overall.
