The property is fine. But we couldn’t check in until after 9pm! And the room was still not clean or ready for guests. No trash cans, dirty dishes in the sink, no soap, no sheets for pullout, etc. after a long tiring day this was disappointing.

room was not ready until 630 pm had dinner reservations at 7 had 6 people to get ready there was no manager available was to be competed 100 dollars was not now have to contact my credit card co no bottled water availably they ran out of breakfast by 9am

We were seeing a show at the House of Blues which was within easy walking distance of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to get a room upgrade upon checking in. The lobby area floor was pretty dirty and the decor was dated. Our room was huge, but also had dated decor and just kind of shabby in appearance.
