The front desk was understaffed. Not very friendly and offered no hotel amenities, such as restaurants, breakfast options, etc. The room and hallways have a strong odor of smoke. The room was extremely uncomfortable due to the smell.

The staff was very rude at check in. I was charged a 15 dollar early check in Fee and I checked in 2 mi s before 4pm which is check in time. The room she gave me was smoking and I requested a non smoking. Will not be back and won’t recommend to anyone.

I arrived at 3:40. I was told that there is a $15 charge for checking in before 4. That’s new. I’ve stayed here several times, the cleanliness of the bathrooms can be a little inconsistent. Oddly enough, whenever I get a first floor room the bathroom just isn’t very clean.
