It looks like La Quita bought an old motel and retrofit it to be a La Quita with just a sign. All the rooms are accessed from the OUTSIDE, 2 floors, and STAIRS ONLY also outside. If you have a disability or need to not be climbing stairs, this place IS NOT for you. The area it is very dirty, and looks like a seedy part of town. Folks pulling into the parking lot, stare at you, and just sit there.

This hotel is the BEST of the budget hotels in the area. The staff is friendly, the lobby and front desk are very clean. The rooms themselves are not always in prime condition--leaky faucets, missing curtain hanger, etc. But, for the price this is a great stay, as long as you can overlook a few cosmetic problems.

No toilet paper holder smoke alarm broken. Property somewhat renovated but paint on curtains, old dressers, comforter stained.

Wish i could up load pictures of what it is we were offered to rest, sleep and shower in after a 12 hours of driving. This property is disgusting. From the dead roaches, used cups,, empty cigarette pack, dirty shower. Went and change my room and that one had clean sheets, so we stayed. Got up and left. Will never stay at this property again. Staff at check out said they get lots of complaints, makes me wonder about management. Obviously they don't care about it. This is so sad ...I really like La Quintana ...but never again at this one.

This property is in the process of being fixed up. There were really bad, quick repairs completed to keep the property open. Broken toilet lid, dirt and screwson the floor, and an abundance of drywall mud highlighting the flaws.

When booked, was told this would sleep 5…it did not. Only had two full size beds, (not really enough room for four) we had to purchase a blow up mattress. The “non-smoking” room smelled like smoke. There was worn clothes, two cheap phones, a memory card and porn left in the drawer…not good thoughts of what went on in those beds the night before we got there. Wanted to get my money back but there were no other rooms available in town. DO NOT stay here.
