The best hotel, quick & easy check in, terrific & prompt airport shuttle service. The restaurant is one of the best we’ve ever been to - honestly a big reason we come here twice every year!

We reserved and paid for a room with a king sized bed but were given a room with 2 double beds. We were too tired to protest after a long day of travel but it was less than satisfactory.

The Marriot brand seems to have lost a step or two in recent years. Took 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. The staff and check in was great. The lobby area is very nice but once you get up to your floor (2nd), it smelled musty. Our room was ok but was starting to show its age. Several cracks in the drywall in the bathroom. Shower was lukewarm, never got hot. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was mediocre and overpriced. Next time we will just stay at the Fairfield next door instead.

Yo llegué a Cancún el día 19 a las 05:40 hrs.y tenía conexión a Lima, via LATAM a las 00:20 hrs. del día 20, razón por la cual tenía que estar en el aeropuerto el mismo día 19, tres hotas antes, lo que me permitía estar menos de 12 horas en el hotel. Conociendo las horas del Check inn y check out, me aventuré a hacer la reserva y hacer el pago previo para el día 19. Llegando al aeropuerto y después de desayunar, (aprox. las 08:00 hrs) solicitamos la movilidad para que nos recogieran, al número de contacto que nos dieron 52 9982417445 sin respuesta. A las 11 hrs. aprox.contratamos un transfer al hotel, donde explcamos nuestra situación y no tuvimos la mejor de las respuestas. Lo único que nos repitieron era los horarios del check inn y del check out, Finalmente nos hicieron el favor de darnos, a la 1 de la tarde un cuarto con cama doble y no el servicio pagado de doble habitación. Nos despedimos a las 06:30 pm. habiendo estado sólo cinco (05) horas en el hotel. Es una reseña del servicio. Gracias por su servicio.
