We had to wait 3 hours to check in and the room they gave us had a bad air conditioner and the fridge didn’t work. They moved us but only said they’d comp out room if we stayed in the first one with the problems.

The service was good. The employees looked over worked. But everything else was kinda terrible. We could not check in on time because they were so understaffed the rooms were not ready. Then our toilet would not flush. We didn’t have enough towels in the bathroom. I really felt bad for the employees because hey were trying but could not keep up.

Everything was amazing. The staff is really friendly. Breakfast was amazing Unfortunately my floor has a bad smell of cigarettes. But my room does not.

We arrived about 7:30 pm. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bagels/English muffins, fruit, and coffee and hot water for tea. Eggs in those metal containers floating on hot water never taste the same as a fresh cooked egg, but it is standard hotel practice. A decent breakfast. No complaints about the hotel or the service.
