the worst hotel I've stayed in. the old guy at the concierge was very rude from the beginning. I was with a local friend by myside helping me to check in and she was furious from talking to him with his attitude, I stayed there for a week but only provided me only 2 bottles of waters the whole time even with the steaming hot weather, when I asked about this at the check-out, the old guy told me that was the rule.-which doesn't make any sense. I requested a bandage once since my feet were hurting from so much walking, it took hours and few calls to get it. The swimming pool was packed. The only thing i liked about the hotel was the breakfast buffet. lots of choices, fresh juice and yummy food.

Comment from Hotel Management

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts following your stay with us; it is through comments from our guests that we can further improve for the future. Throughout the hotel, the team are trained to offer a warm and welcoming feel,. It is therefore always a regret if any guest leaves anything less than 100% satisfied. We have been sure to take on board the comments made for further assessment and retraining where necessary; thank you for highlighting these areas to us. Hopefully you will give us another chance to show you we can do so much better, With thanks and best regards, Keren Ben-Nun Guest relations manager

Would not stay there again!

The room was dirty. The shower was moldy and the carpet was old and stained. The whole room was outdated.

Very poor

The hotel is outdated and unkept. The review I saw said this was a 4star hotel I will only give it 2star.. it was so dirty! From the cups in the main hall to carpets in lobby to our hotel room carpets being stained, rooms had scratches and marks. As we entered our our room the light fell on my son's head and face and we required medical attention, which hotel seemed very hesitant to cooperate with us!

beach view and over the top breakfast

Pros: With the exception of an inconsistent internet connection, this hotel is the jewel in the Panorama chain, i.e. the Jerusalem version lacks in every ca
Cons: What would make the Tel Aviv hotel an exceptional value would be a shuttle to the airport for a modest fee and a real consistent internet for business
Location: On the beach, close to the Carmel market, the Neve Tzedek, with possibly best outdoor garden cafe, Suzana, and the best babka, Dallal bakery.
I was in Israel for a conference and I decided to go to Tel Aviv for a a night to just have fun. I chose the Dan Panorama because I had been there before years ago and loved it. It did not disappoint.

worst service ever.

Pros: wide variety of breakfast buffet. that was the only good thing.
Cons: staff service!!!!! free bottles of water everyday in the room since it's really hot during the summer, fall. Better quality of toliet papers!
Location: by the beach, but no mart close to the hotel.
worst service i've experienced. i had to call several times and wait for hours to get something i need. it's really hot in Tel Aviv during summer and early fall and i only got 2 small bottles of water the first day i arrived and never refilled during a week of my staying at the hotel, told Ralph at the front dest when he asked me if i liked everything as i was checking out, he said they don't refill the water no matter how long you stay.. you just get 2 bottles from the hotel which doesn't make sense at all and throws me back my credit card.... never have i seen such rudeness especially at a hotel treating me like his student more than his customer. it's too expensive for what i paid for and i've been to 6 star resorts and hotels around the world. Toilet papers in the bathroom such a low low quality..Only reason i booked this hotel was the pool and it was packed especially during the Sabbath more like a community pool and the lifeguard was busy hitting on a single female customer. Housekeeping woke me up every morning so they can make up the room, one day i told them to come later as i was tired but they never made my room that day, you can hear everything going on in the hallway, staff singing, talking from the room. Bellboys do nothing but watch old customers carrying their own luggages.-i carried mine too myself, they didn't bother to offer help-. The list goes on. Generally I've noticed people lack Service in Israel.

Nice hotel great location

The taff were a little snobbish..when I asked the concierge for help getting museum tickets she looked at me as if I was a nuisance..and was dismissive The paid $12 a day parking is annoying you must hold on to the tickets at all time or they won't let you in and out..no exception!!

The staff strived very hard to meet our every request and need.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, close to many attractions
Cons: No free Internet
I love staying at this hotel. Many of the public areas have been recently remodeled and are very attractive. The staff is very friendly and responded quickly to our every request. We especially enjoyed the Israeli Breakfast which was included with our rooms. The hotel is in a very convenient location and is a short walk to the beach, and many other attractions .

Service by snobs

My wife & I were treated OK, but my 3 grown children ages 17 through 23 were treated like 2nd class citizens. I would never stay at any Dan hotel again. Extremely disappointed.

Great View

Great location lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Oceon across the street. Big breakfast buffet which a lot of people liked #40 I did not care for it its a big salad bar #41. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. If you like a lot of american tv in room you have it. Internet was over priced but everything is expensive in Israel.
