If wifi is important to you, skip this hotel. Wifi is horribly slow ( < 5Mbps ) and loses connection frequently. Breakfast is not worth the trip.

Breakfast was not as good as I expected. These hotels seems to keep using COVID as an excuse to avoid providing better meals/service for breakfast that are part of the deal.

I'm sorry breakfast was not what you were expecting. We try to provide the best breakfast we can that meet Hilton standards and what we are able to get from our wholesalers.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The carpet in the room was quite dirty. When I move the ottoman a little bit to the left so I could put my feet up there were many crumbs under there. There were sticky spots in the carpet in the bedroom and in the sitting room. The hotel needs some refurbishing. The breakfast was so so. I have been there before and it was a lot better.

The rooms given were not the rooms pictured but still manageable. I had requested two suites with roll-aways which were already in the room except no extra pillows or blankets for said roll-away. The 2nd room had blood stains on the mattress cover for the pull out couch which after complaining took an hour to get a replacement. Then I was told it was probably just a wine stain, no sir I know what dried blood looks like. There was someone's personal affects that were left in the closet, I questioned if the room was ever cleaned. The manager made excuses but assured me it was clean, yeah I didn't buy it either. My SIL was staying in this room and I offered to get her a new one but the kids were exhausted and everyone wanted to go to bed. Now in our room we really only had the issue of the bathroom door not closing unless it was slammed, not ideal when in a hotel. The ice maker on our floor did not work. The free breakfast was nice but the staff restocking it was rude. This was our first stay here and will be our last.

Wow! Super spacious and clean!!

We requested a large room-2 Queens and 1 King with a sofa sleeper. It was really nice and really spacious. Full kitchen with all the extra little details, 3 TVs for all of us (Us 4, plus the teenage stepkiddos together) Clean, Clean, Clean!! **We rented a similar room (Diff hotel and property) last year for all of us to go to LEGO land. Within minutes the kiddos had dirty black feet and socks!!** This room however, gave us NO TRACE of being unclean at all! It was so much more pleasurable here. I had peace of mind that if the floor was that clean-the rest was just a good-and it was! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Repeat stay, will come again

Pros: Goes far beyond providing 'just the basics', perhaps more luxurious than we need, but a very nice place to stay.
Cons: Feels like nit-picking, but better sound-proofing; I could hear someone walking around in the room above and loud conversation outside the window.
Location: Many restaurants and fastfood places around. Close (but not too close) to main thoroughfares and freeways.
Good experience with staff, attentive to feedback. Plenty of space in rooms to spread out and get comfortable, appreciate the kitchen(ette) facilities and appliances, including the dishes, utensils.

New Year's stay

Pros: Main bedroom was separated from the rest of the suite by a 'real' wall and door which provided good provided good privacy, although limited bathroom.
Cons: Feather/down blanket was soft and warm, but insufficient width to cover two adults along the sides.
Location: Close to Highway 41 and just off Herndon Ave provides good access to North Fresno and other further locations.
A return visit to this site, we shared a room with an adult child – King bed (very comfortable) and sofa bed (tolerable). Rambunctious children running in hallway and having door closing mechanisms generated disturbances interrupting sleep. Complimentary breakfast was adequate if not pleasant – kitchen staff did their best to keep up with demand for waffle batter (minor delays at times). Hot coffee was available seemingly at all times during the day. Drapes did a great job shutting out sunlight (if desired) although noise from activity in pool/basketball court areas were noticeable, a potential concern during summer.

Would definitely stay here again!

We came in to town with our three kids and the staff had a crib ready in our room. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The guy next to us had his TV up way too loud and must've fallen asleep with it on...a quick call to the front desk and they remedied the situation so that we could get some sleep. Everything was clean and fresh...and the breakfast was pretty good as well. This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites property and would definitely come back if we were back in town.
