From check-in to check- out our stay here was fantastic! The manager, Carmen, made the experience easy and seamless. This was my boyfriend and my first attempt at traveling with the 6 year old dog we rescued last year. Our friends recommended this location because the rooms are clean, spacious and close to downtown Pittsfield. The attention to detail was obvious from the start and so refreshing! This will be our go-to place to stay when we just need some New England air to recharge our Jersey batteries!

SOME REFUSE SERVICE ANIMALS OR ANY ANIMAL THEY SOUND LIKE THEY HATE THEM!!!! BEWARE OF THAT....THEY CANCELLED A 2 WEEK RESERVATION BECAUSE I HAVE 2 SERVICE DOGS & THEY DID IT WITH HATRED IN THEIR VOICE.... I'VE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THIS LOCATION EXCEPT MOT UPDATING ON LINE INFORMATION BOOKING SITES.......DO A THOROUGH CHECK ON ALL HOTELS/MOTELS/INNS ANYWHERE REGARDLESS OF THE NAME!!! ESPECIALLY @THESE HIGH RATES!!!! SOME OF THEM HAVE 2--5 NAMES FOR THE SAME PLACE.....
